Before becoming a property consultant with Columbs & Co, I was a Dunedin property and commercial solicitor for six years. I work with my husband James and our colleague Sam. Together we have grown a successful sales team who pride ourselves on the proven results we achieve for our clients and customers. As a team, we provide clients with a great breadth of skills: James’ marketing expertise and experience, Sam’s banking knowledge and my own legal background. You have three people – not one – working for you. Whether buying or selling, I happily share my legal knowledge and experience with clients. It is especially valuable when a transaction is not straightforward, for whatever reason. I like to make sure issues are identified and resolved early and to our clients’ satisfaction. Having grown up in a retail environment, I understand the importance of listening carefully and communicating well throughout the sale and purchase process.
